Jonathan Levene

Executive Coach

Jonathan is a certified executive coach, leadership trainer, and facilitator with 15 years of experience leading teams in product development organizations at small and mid-size technology firms. He has coached executive clients across a wide variety of industries – including high-tech, healthcare, biotech, financial services, consumer packaged goods, media, consulting, and manufacturing. He specializes at enabling technical executives and their teams to develop the interpersonal and team leadership skills to unleash their creativity, maximize innovation, and achieve outstanding business results.

Jonathan serves as an executive coach and facilitator in Harvard Business School’s Executive Education programs. He serves as a lecturer at the Harvard Department of Continuing Education and designs and delivers leadership programs for the Harvard Center for Workplace Development and the Harvard Office of Work/Life on a range of topics including interpersonal communication, facilitation, decision making, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence. Jonathan has also served in Babson College’s Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork Program, and has run several career development programs through the MIT Career Development Office.

Jonathan’s corporate experience includes prior roles in engineering, product management, sales, marketing, and business development – as well as entrepreneurship, having developed his own enterprise healthcare solution and licensing it to several multi-billion-dollar customers. Jonathan takes a results-oriented, evidence-based approach to leadership development in which he balances the personal and professional needs of executives alongside organizational priorities. He brings to every engagement the latest findings from research on leadership, positive psychology, mindfulness, and neuroscience, blending these together with proven techniques in behavioral and cognitive coaching to fit the unique developmental needs of every client.
